Canbus (Controller Area Network Bus) is an electronic system used in modern vehicles to control various electrical and electronic components. In relation to LED bulbs, Canbus refers to an electronic check system used in some cars to detect whether a bulb is working properly or not.

When installing LED bulbs in a vehicle that originally uses halogen bulbs, it is possible that the system will not recognize the new bulbs, which could lead to error messages appearing on the instrument panel or the bulb not lighting up completely.

To solve this problem, Canbus decoders have been developed. These decoders are electronic devices that communicate with the vehicle's Canbus system, simulating the electrical charge of the original halogen lamp. This makes the Canbus system recognize the LED lamp as the original lamp, avoiding error messages or malfunctions.

These types of systems are especially important in newer vehicles, which have more sensitive and advanced electronic systems.
