Purchasing process on the website


Autodomus' main goal is to supply excellent quality products in order to guarantee customer satisfaction. In order to respect and fulfil this purpose we present our terms and conditions of purchase, as well as the delivery and payment conditions for the provision of our services:

1.Orders will only be delivered to the buyer's home after 48 hours, after the payment of the order, except in case of stock rupture.

2.If after payment the product is out of stock, Autodomus guarantees a replacement within 1 to 2 weeks, but does not guarantee the continuity of prices or promotions to date.

3.If the product is no longer produced and sold, Autodomus will return the money and will contact the buyer to inform him of the situation.

4.In the event of product redelivery due to a change of address, the customer will have to pay for the goods to be returned.

5.For any type of complaint (packaging problems, damaged product, etc.) it is mandatory to check at the time of delivery.

6.In case of any anomaly upon delivery, the buyer will have to proceed to the cancellation of the transport document that the transport will ask you to sign. In case you cannot verify it, you must write in the same guide "subject to verification", not exempting your signature.

7.Regarding the previous two points, you should also mention what the problem is with the non-conformity and take photos to present the problem to Autodomus.

8.Autodomus reserves the right to change prices and products when it considers they are not correct, without prior notice to the customer.

9.Should any problem coexist when inserting the product (price, product characteristics, etc.), Autodomus will contact the customer to inform them of the cancellation of the order in order to comply with the law in force.

10.All postage is payable, either nationally or internationally. Minimum postage is 4.18€ (VAT included).

11.In accordance with the Law 144/2015, we inform you that in case of dispute, consumers may appeal to CNIACC - National Centre for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts.

12.The images present in this digital platform are merely illustrative.

3.Delivery charges are always paid, except when picked up in person at the shop or when a carrier is hired by the customer to collect at our facilities.

Exchanges can be refused in the following cases:

1.If the item does not present any defect.

2.If the product is defective, but the consumer was aware of it and still agreed to the purchase, in case of purchase in a physical shop.

3.In case of online purchases, if the purchase was made more than 14 days from the date on which the buyer receives the product. Except in the case of products under warranty.

4.In the case of items that have warranty, the item will be accepted within the comprehensive warranty period of the same, having Autodomus a period of 30 days to give a solution to the customer. In the case of a malfunction due to bad handling by the customer, the warranty is void and the product will be returned to the customer. The transport costs will always be charged to the customer.

5.Cash returns, if applicable, will be made within 5 working days.

Returns may be refused in the following cases:

1.For online purchases, you have 14 calendar days from the moment the order arrived at your home to return it. After this period, the return may be refused.

2.In case it is a purchase in a physical shop, Autodomus is not obliged to accept returns or exchanges, so you should always check the product before buying it.


The deliveries can be made in two ways:

1.Hand delivery to our physical shop by choosing the "Auto-Domus" Shipping Method.

2.Deliveries through a carrier, which the customer can select the type of shipping you want at the time of online purchase, and a carrier will be assigned.

3.Delivery by customer's own carrier (the customer hires the carrier to collect at our premises), which the customer can select the type of shipment they want at the time of online purchase, by choosing the Shipping Method "PickUp By Customer".
