The OSRAM LEDguardian ROAD FLARE Signal TA20 is approved in accordance with §53(a) TA20 StVZO and can therefore be used and function as a supplement to the warning triangle in the event of a vehicle breakdown in road traffic in Germany. The 360-degree orange warning light function of the OSRAM LEDguardian ROAD FLARE Signal TA20 is visible from a great distance and can provide crucial information about a dangerous situation in road traffic in an emergency. In Germany, in the event of a breakdown and/or accident, in addition to the mandatory warning triangle, the warning light can be magnetically attached to the car roof and switched on to mark the danger zone. Unlike a warning triangle, it alerts other drivers to an unusual situation on the road by actively flashing, compared to a simple reflection like that of a triangle. With 18 high-power, long-life LEDs, up to 140lm and up to 2000K, it can draw attention to itself day and night and warn other drivers in advance of a dangerous situation, such as a broken-down vehicle in traffic. The compact design allows you to keep the road warning light within reach in your car and, if necessary, it can be quickly and easily attached directly to the vehicle's roof thanks to the magnetic function. Another advantage is that the 5200mAh Li-Ion battery of the signal light can be easily recharged using the included 80 cm USB-C charging cable.
The LEDguardian ROAD FLARE Signal TA20 has been tested and validated in a DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025-certified environmental simulation laboratory for extreme external influences in relation to water, dust, heat, cold and impact from falls. In accordance with protection class IP54, the OSRAM LEDguardian ROAD FLARE Signal TA20 is resistant to water ingress, dust and impacts and impresses with its particularly high wind resistance, which can withstand wind forces of up to 210 N/m. Please observe any special requirements and laws in countries outside Germany regarding the use and operation of an additional warning light in road traffic. OSRAM offers a 2-year warranty for this product.
